Coarse perlite is a lightweight, naturally occurring mineral that significantly improves drainage in any growing media. It's the ideal addition to your potting mix, enhancing aeration and preventing root rot by allowing excess water to drain efficiently. This superior moisture retention ensures that your plants remain adequately hydrated, promoting healthy plant growth.

Whether you're rooting cuttings or starting seeds, coarse perlite is the perfect choice. It's a type of perlite that expands up to 4-20 times its original volume when exposed to high temperatures, making it an excellent seed starting mix. This remarkable feature allows it to retain water while ensuring ample aeration for your plants.

Perlite is a versatile growing medium that can be used in soil mixes, as seed starters, and for propagation.
