Where do we ship?

We ship in Canada, United States, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR China, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, and United Kingdom.

 

How long does it take before the order ships?

We try our best to have your order ready to go within the first 1-2 business days.

 

How long does it take to ship?

After the order has been fulfilled, standard shipping can take anywhere between 3-7 business days. For a more approximate date of arrival, you will receive a tracking order number that you can use to track your order.

 

What couriers do you use to ship my order?

We use a variety of reliable couriers to ship your order. Some of these include but are not limited to Canada Post, USPS, UPS, DHL, and Purolator.  The courier is dependent on the destination country. 

 

I need to change my address

Not to worry! If your order hasn't shipped yet, please reach out to us via our contact form or email us directly at info@birdysplants.com and we will do our best to make sure your order arrives to the correct door.

 

I've missed my delivery and my order is getting sent back

We understand that these things can sometimes happen. If this has happened to you, please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist you. In order for us to redeliver the package to you, a redelivery fee will be requested from you.

 

What does it mean to have "soilless soil"?

All of our Premium Soil Mixes are created without garden soil. This means that the base is created from coco coir that is 100% peat free. Our Orchid Mix and Semi-Hydo Mix are the only soil mixes that we carry that don't have a peat base. I want to buy a specialty soil that is not listed on your site

We understand that there are a variety of genes of plants that require specialty soil. If you do not see a specialty soil you want, please reach out to us directly at info@birdysplants.com or use the contact form on our contact us page and we will do our best to assist you.
