SHIPPING OPTIONS

FREE SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 in Canada and USA.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information if required.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. Free standard shipping is valid on specific international orders.

CUSTOMS REJECTIONS
If your order is rejected by customs, you have two options:

Reshipping: You can request to have the order shipped again, with the additional shipping cost covered by you.

Partial Refund: Alternatively, you can request a partial refund, where the cost of the items will be refunded minus the original shipping fees.
Please contact our customer service to initiate either option. Shipping costs for reshipping will be charged at the exact rate.
DELAYED ORDERS
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
