Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days (5 business days) after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original unopened packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@birdysplants.com. Please note that returns must be sent to Toronto, Ontario, and must be paid by the purchaser. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item(s), please get in touch with us immediately so that we can assist you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items like sale items, gift cards, or plants cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item.
Exchanges
While we do have a 7-day return policy, there will be no exchanges of any kind. If you require further assistance with your order, please contact us at info@birdysplants.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days if approved. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and the refund hasn't been posted, please get in touch with us at info@birdysplants.com, and we will do our best to take care of the issue.
